Dr. Sonpal has an open-minded approach to treatment, tailoring each session to individual patient needs and combining conventional therapy with more eclectic methods. She helps clients cultivate critical thinking skills so that they may find their own solutions to the problems they have been experiencing, and she encourages them to heal from past conflicts and to begin living mindfully in the present. Past life regressions are undertaken for this purpose. Patients are encouraged to take any insights gained from past life regressions and apply them to make constructive behavioral changes in the here and now. For those who do not believe in past lives, the regression process is limited to the present life. For others, past life regression content may be used symbolically or metaphorically.
